Melatonin ahead is manufactured by the pineal gland in the brain and is a natural hormone. It helps to regulate sleep and may also play a vital role in helping the body to maintain its normal sleep/wake cycle. It is used to address sleep-related problems as well as jet lag.
Vitabase Melatonin 2 Stage Release is unlike other melatonin products in that it is designed to provide melatonin slowly over time through a time release formula. Since it is delivered over time, this system is more effective than taking large doses as in typical melatonin products, resulting in a more peaceful and restful sleep.
Also included are vitamins B3 and B6, as well as magnesium in order to boost the effectiveness and absorption of melatonin.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet about 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water.
