The popular Echinacea/Goldenseal combination provides immune enhancing and cold fighting nutrients. Echinacea is one of the most popular herbal supplements during the flu season and has been shown to stimulate and support the growth of key immune system cells to defend the body against upper respiratory infections. Goldenseal has been used traditionally to relieve respiratory discomfort and to stimulate the immune system. Together these are used in combination to help shorten the duration of colds and flu.
